Architect/Project Manager: Commercial Projects

If you’re a licensed architect who wants to focus on project management and mentoring emerging professionals, you might be the right person for this job! As an Ascent project manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing project budgets, client communications, quality control, and the overall successful outcome of each project. You’ll monitor design development and review projects through each of their phases, getting them ready for final principal approval.

Your qualities and abilities include:

  • Strong and positive communication with clients, consultants, and team members
  • Excellent professional judgement
  • Ability to mentor, but still always learning
  • Thriving in a team environment that values professional integrity and technical expertise
  • Juggling with one hand and redlining with the other while keeping projects on time and budget

Your minimum qualifications:

  • Licensed architect
  • At least 10 years of experience on commercial architecture projects
  • At least 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong technical knowledge
