Who We’re Looking For
This is a new management position within our firm, opened to licensed architects. We are looking for someone who:
- Has led A/E teams and has at least three years of management-level experience on commercial projects with budgets exceeding $3M.
- Is an excellent communicator, eager to mentor design professionals but also ready to learn from all members of the team.
- Is highly organized, responsive, and flexible.
- Is a well-rounded architect with an excellent understanding of codes and how buildings get put together.
- Is comfortable with technology and seeks to improve internal processes.

Our Clients and Projects
Long-term relationships are important to us. Our clients include “mom-and-pop” store owners and large-scale developers who are building throughout the United States. Our current projects range from picking paint colors to master planning a 300-acre mixed-use development, and include senior living communities, medical and surgical clinics, retail establishments, hospitality projects, apartment complexes, breweries (we are based in Bend after all), and more.
