Project Description
The owner of 1030 Bond Street hired Ascent to design a contemporary, luxury residence to sit atop Deschutes Brewery’s flagship pub in downtown Bend, Oregon. The project adds a third story to the existing mixed-use building, which houses the popular restaurant, as well as office and coworking spaces. We designed the home’s living and outdoor entertaining areas to maximize Cascade Mountain views to the west.
