New life for older Central Oregon buildings
In 2014 Ascent Architecture & Interiors in, Bend, Oregon, was chosen as one of the architects for a façade improvement program in nearby Redmond, Oregon. Since then, our team has provided design assistance to help update and revive several Redmond businesses.
Building facelifts offer an easy and economical way to update the look and impact of your business, especially if you occupy an older
or historic building. Through the collaboration of Ascent’s architecture team, the City of Redmond and the business owners, businesses throughout downtown Redmond have gotten designs to make them look fresh, updated, and inviting.
Roxie’s Salon on SW 7th Street got a fresh new look designed by Ascent with a new exterior paint palette, lighting, signage, and awnings.
Bodywise Chiropractic & Massage (formerly Miner Chiropractic) on SW 9th Street received similar treatment. Additionally, Ascent designed a new front porch railing and awnings, as well as new fencing for the site.
Thanks in part to Ascent’s continued work on Redmond façade remodels and collaboration with cities and clients, the City of Beaverton, Oregon, chose Ascent to head up a similar project in its community.
