Project Description
Ascent Architecture and Interiors designed a three-level condominium building featuring a rooftop terrace, parking garage, and both private and shared balconies. There are 28 one-bedroom and three two-bedroom condos in the building.
Panelized wall systems form the exterior of the building; incorporating a mix of contemporary materials: metal, wood, and Stucco.
Staying true to the contemporary design, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows emphasize stunning views of the Deschutes River, as well as the Old Mill District.
