Project Description

Ascent Architecture & Interiors collaborated with the client to design a new sports bar and family dining restaurant, with the goal of completing the project in a former hardware retail store in Redmond, Oregon.

The concept included a big-screen, theater-style viewing area; a prominently placed serving and seating bar; and restaurant-style dining, including exterior patio dining with fire pit.

In addition to the interior improvements, we designed a revitalized exterior façade, with the goal of bringing life back to a fairly empty block on the south end of downtown Redmond. Our team also connected the client to the City of Redmond’s Urban Renewal District incentive program for Façade Rehabilitation.
