Project Description
One of our established clients hired us to work on a ground-up building to house a Starbucks in southern Oregon. To ensure a successful outcome, we coordinated both our client’s and Starbucks’ requirements, developed construction documents, and provided construction administration for the project. Working with Starbucks’ designers out of Seattle, we offered location-specific solutions and coordinated utilities into a shell building that worked for the retailer’s needs.
