Project Description
Construction is now complete on Lot 1 of the Theater Drive Townhomes. Lot 2 is nearly complete while Lots 3 and 4, slated for completion in fall of 2019, have just begun the construction phase. These four units sit along the Deschutes River in the heart of The Old Mill District in Bend, near river parks, shopping, entertainment, and dining. Ascent developed the site, designed the floor plans and the exterior elevations, and selected architectural materials.

Large storefront windows, integrated at all three levels of the residential townhomes, blend the divide between outdoor and indoor living, capturing beautiful views of the Deschutes River and beyond. The open floor plan encourages a natural flow throughout the building and each level of the home also features private deck space.
