Project Description

We first assisted Three Creek Brewing’s owner in late 2012 with property research, initial site plan studies, architectural programming, and real-estate due diligence. After a competitive selection process, we were again hired to continue with project design; coordinate with the client’s production equipment vendor; and obtain permits for the new facility. Additionally, our team coordinated the metal building vendor, civil and structural engineers and design-build mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers. This brewery design includes offices, storage, a laboratory, tasting room, grain room, and production area.
