Project Description

Ascent’s team provided architecture and interior design services for five high-end townhouses in Bend’s Tuscany Pines neighborhood, located off O.B. Riley Road. The clients asked our architects to create large, luxurious residential units filled with natural light. They also wanted to showcase a variation of exterior materials that integrated into the existing neighborhood. Each ground-floor, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath unit ranges from just over 2,000 to nearly 2,400 square feet, with two units offering a fourth bedroom or office.
