Significant Modifications
The new Wilco Farm Store in Redmond is a remodel of an existing drug store. The retail space now includes a 22,000-square-foot sales floor, dog grooming area, and updated employee offices and break room. The exterior of the building also benefited from significant modifications, included adding a new vestibule and distinctive Wilco-branded pitched roof.

Site improvements included addition of a greenhouse structure, a covered load-out area at the north end of the building, and secured outdoor storage.
