Wild Ride Brew
Redmond, Oregon

completed 2013
8,700 sq ft
Project Description
The owners challenged Ascent Architecture & Interiors to convert a vacant warehouse into a new production brewery and tasting room. Constrained by budget, we found creative solutions to help brand the space and create a functional brewery with room for expansion. The result? An award-winning brewery design that has become a cornerstone of Redmond’s revitalized downtown.

brewery
A 20 bbl brewing system and 40 bbl fermenters/brite tanks produce the beer that’s consumed in the tap room and kegged and bottled for distribution.
tasting room
Exposed block walls and galvanized duct work give the space a modern-industrial aesthetic. The bar makes use of reclaimed wood and cut-off waste from the exterior siding.
