Laura Moss
Office Manager
Laura keeps our business organized and running smoothly. She started with Ascent as an accounting assistant and grew into running the office’s administrative functions rather quickly. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to tackle numbers head-on make her an ideal person to help manage the firm’s day-to-today operations, including accounting and billing, contracts, human resources, event planning, and more.
A lifelong Oregonian, Laura lives on a small farm, has worked in the accounting field, and is an active member of Central Oregon’s local food and farm community, and currently serves on two Bend-based food and farm nonprofit boards. A former news reporter, Laura is still involved in the newspaper industry and serves on the board of directors of Western Communications. Laura is currently enrolled in Oregon State University, working toward her Masters in Business Administration.
